Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Science with strong expertise in Generative AI and advanced machine learning to join our growing AI innovation team. In this role, you will work on building next-generation AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on pricing intelligence, decision automation, and LLM-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop pricing optimization and forecasting models using statistical, machine learning, and Generative AI techniques.
• Analyze price elasticity and customer behavior to generate actionable business insights.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based and Generative AI solutions for use cases such as scenario simulation, intelligent recommendations, and automated decision support.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines using AWS SageMaker for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply Bayesian modeling techniques to quantify uncertainty and enhance decision-making frameworks.
• Integrate modern GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, prompt engineering workflows) into production-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, business-friendly insights and narratives.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI/GenAI trends, continuously experimenting with new tools and approaches to improve solution performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-driven analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering, orchestration).
• Strong foundation in Bayesian methods and predictive modeling.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker or similar ML lifecycle platforms.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R.
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.
• Strong experience with data manipulation and statistical libraries (NumPy, Pandas, PyMC, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or econometrics.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with end-to-end AI solution delivery, from prototyping to production.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS or AI/ML certifications) are a plus.
