Role Overview
This is a high-impact executive leadership role for a seasoned transformation leader who has shaped prior waves of enterprise change—ERP, cloud, digital, and data modernization—and is ready to define the next frontier: the Agentic Enterprise.
As AVP, Agentic Transformation, you will serve as Zenith AI’s senior-most client-facing executive for this practice. You will lead C-suite relationships, shape transformation strategy, and guide organizations through the organizational, operational, and cultural shifts required to adopt AI agents and autonomous workflows at scale.
You will not be responsible for hands-on technical delivery. Instead, you will translate Zenith AI’s deep technical capabilities into business transformation narratives, executive alignment, and long-term enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Client Leadership & Advisory
Own and grow C-suite relationships (CEO, CFO, COO, CAIO, CTO) across enterprise and investment-backed clients.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor, guiding executives through the adoption of agentic AI and autonomous systems.
Lead board-level discussions, executive steering committees, and transformation governance forums.
Build long-term client partnerships that drive account expansion, retention, and market reputation.

Agentic Transformation Strategy
Define and lead enterprise-wide Agentic Transformation roadmaps, aligning AI adoption with measurable business outcomes.
Frame transformation in terms of ROI, efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage—not just technology enablement.
Leverage experience from prior transformation waves (ERP, cloud, digital, data) to contextualize the shift to agentic systems.
Partner with AI and engineering teams to ensure business strategy and technical execution are tightly aligned.

Organizational Readiness & Change Leadership
Assess and guide clients on organizational readiness, including operating models, governance, workforce transformation, and adoption strategies.
Design future-state organizational structures that integrate human and AI agent collaboration.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments, aligning leadership and overcoming resistance to change.
Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling executive narratives.

Practice & Market Leadership
Shape and scale Zenith AI’s Agentic Transformation practice, including offerings, methodologies, and go-to-market strategy.
Contribute to thought leadership (executive briefings, industry forums, white papers).
Support business development, including executive presentations and large-scale deal shaping.
Mentor senior consulting talent and help build institutional frameworks and playbooks.

Qualifications
Experience & Background
20+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation leadership.
Partner/Principal-level experience at a leading consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, PwC, AlixPartners or equivalent).
Proven track record of owning and expanding C-suite relationships in large-scale transformation programs.
Deep experience in enterprise transformation initiatives (ERP, cloud migration, digital transformation, data/analytics modernization).
Experience working with Private Equity-backed organizations or portfolio transformations.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLM ecosystems, and autonomous workflows, with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams.
